Creating with Purpose, Serving with Faith
I started Black Diamond Marketplace to share unique, African-inspired pieces with the world. Guided by my faith, I aim to serve my customers with integrity, honesty, and fair prices—always creating with purpose, not just for profit.
As a photographer and artist, I’ve always been drawn to storytelling, especially capturing the beauty of women of color. That same love of detail and artistry flows into the items I create today. Inspired by the richness of African fabric—its colors, patterns, and culture—I design each piece to reflect joy, connection, and meaning.
Every item in my shop is made with care, but also with a mission: to bless others in need. Beyond this shop, I also create and sew practical items that support people in third-world countries, while also giving back through community projects like Sew to Sow.
My vision is for Black Diamond Marketplace to become a worldwide brand, offering a variety of unique collections. These may include handbags and accessories made with African fabric and leather, as well as other products that go beyond fabric, all created with the same commitment to quality and purpose.
When you shop here, you’re not just purchasing a product — you’re joining a story of faith, heritage, and hope. My prayer is that each piece brings you joy, connection to culture, and a reminder of faith, while helping me bless others around the world.
Black Diamond Marketplace is a business unit of my photography studio, Tendo Photography, Inc.
